Return & Refund Policy

At Woodland Willow Designs, each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, style, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once reviewed, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because the item is being custom-made specifically for you.

Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges for incorrect size, color, or product selections made by the customer. Please review all product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
