Thank you for shopping with Woodland Willow Designs! Every item is made to order with care, which means your order is created especially for you once it is placed.

Order Processing & Production Times

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–7 business days.

Production times may vary during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Estimates

After your order has been produced, shipping times are generally:

United States

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

• Estimated delivery: 10–30 business days

International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and destination country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping notification.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. This is common with print-on-demand products that are produced and shipped from different fulfillment facilities.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Woodland Willow Designs cannot guarantee shipping carrier delivery dates. Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered, please contact us immediately. We can only make changes before production begins. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
